Almost no one doubt the positive to teach for children and young

How to make a Stock Control in Excel?

For any business, inventory management plays an important role in the graphic business benefits.
Whether a manufacturing unit, trading company or even a retail store, the inventory should be kept well / properly / appropriately for the owner to have a clear idea about the flow of goods within the company.
The inventory is reflected as current assets on the balance sheet of any company, which is equal to the inflow of cash, to be sold.
The Inventory Management
Management or inventory control requires constant vigilance and this can be done more efficiently using the software MS Excel. The inventory management process involves three main aspects:
• The transfer of control of raw and finished inside and outside the company, products materials respectively.
• The calculation of the buffer stock, in order to keep business running without interruption.
• Keeping track of goods in progress (material passing through the production process), in order to adjust orders accepted.
Control Actions with Excel
When the company is small, inventory management is not very complicated. While large companies, the database itself is quite large and computerized inventory management becomes inevitable. In this establishment, control and management actions need to be made at different locations within a premise or within a single grid.
Microsoft Excel provides the perfect platform for a detailed inventory tracking log that includes all elements as items of property, the cost, the percentage of total sales, cost per unit, the sale price, the percentage of sales and other important information similar.
Such an inventory will help company managers to track finished goods, raw materials consumption and the amount of buffer stocks to be maintained so that the production process of the company is given without difficulty, at the same time taking care not to have an excess of stock, it will look very bad on fiscal graph of the company. Careful inventory management precedes the regular and planned course of production, inventory and delivery of finished products.
Create an Action List in Excel
Excel is an easy to use and so powerful at the same time, even a novice only has practical experience with the program can easily adapt this to create a list of actions. However, the person must have a good understanding of the products, the manufacturing process and supply chain company to create an Excel spreadsheet with all inclusive.
Step 1: Create Columns
Record the number of columns to be created in the spreadsheet and make the columns with the appropriate width using the mouse to drag the line between the columns.
Step 2: Set the width of columns
This can be done taking into account the amount of space that each item in the column will occupy. Again the person making the spreadsheet should have a good understanding of the handled goods company.
Step 3: Entering Text
Now enter the title of the worksheet and column headers. After introducing them, hit "Wrap Text" and aligns the column header to center alignment. Part of the header must extend over more than one column, you can do merging cells and pressing the "Wrap Text".
Step 4: Highlight the source
Headings and column title should be in bold selecting these titles and clicking the symbol 'B' in bold and tools found above.
Step 5: Highlight and shading columns
This is to mark important for a quick look possible relevant data columns.
Step 6: Formulas
This is the main part of the worksheet that helps you get to a calculated from the data array number. Therefore, care must be taken to formulate. In columns as the unit price, the sale price, the percentage of sales, the sales range, the amount of replenishment and balance shares applied formulas and glue the entire length of the column that applies to throughout the sheet. For example: = minimum order quantity of shares to be used - available quantity.

¿Cómo hacer un Control de Stock en Excel?
Para cualquier empresa, la gestión del inventario desempeña un papel importante en el gráfico de beneficios del negocio.
Ya se trate de una unidad de fabricación, una empresa comercial o incluso una tienda al por menor, el inventario se debe mantener bien/correctamente/apropiadamente para que el propietario tenga una idea clara sobre el flujo de mercancías dentro de la empresa.El inventario se refleja como el activo actual en el balance de cualquier empresa, ya que es igual a la entrada de efectivo, al ser vendido.
La Gestión del inventario
La gestión o el control de inventario requiere de una vigilancia constante y esto se puede realizar más eficientemente usando el software de MS, MS Excel. El proceso de gestión del inventario implica tres aspectos principales:- La transferencia del control de las materias primas y productos terminados dentro y fuera de la compañía, respectivamente.
- El cálculo de las existencias reguladoras, con el fin de mantener la empresa funcionando sin interrupción.
- Llevar un registro de los bienes en progreso (materiales que pasan por el proceso de producción), con el fin de ajustar los pedidos aceptados.
Control de Acciones con Excel
Cuando la empresa es pequeña, la gestión del inventario no es muy complicada. Mientras que en las empresas grandes, la propia base de datos es bastante grande y la gestión computarizada del inventario se vuelve inevitable. En dicho establecimiento, el control y la gestión de acciones se necesitan hacer en diferentes ubicaciones dentro de una premisa o dentro de una única red de suministro.Microsoft Excel proporciona la plataforma perfecta para un registro de seguimiento de inventario detallado que incluye todos los elementos como los artículos de los bienes, el costo, el porcentaje de las ventas totales, el costo por cada unidad, el precio de venta, el porcentaje de las ventas y otra información importante similar.
Tal inventario ayudará a los gerentes de la empresa a realizar un seguimiento de los productos terminados, el consumo de materias primas y la cantidad de las existencias reguladoras que se deben mantener para que el proceso de producción de la empresa se dé sin dificultades, al mismo tiempo teniendo cuidado de no tener un exceso de acciones, que se verá muy mal en la gráfica fiscal de la empresa. La gestión meticulosa del inventario precede el curso regular y planificado de la producción, las existencias y el suministro de productos terminados.
Crear una Lista de Acciones en Excel
Excel es una herramienta fácil de usar y tan potente a la vez, que incluso un novato que sólo tiene experiencia práctica con el programa puede adaptarse con facilidad a este para crear una lista de acciones. Sin embargo, la persona debe tener una buena comprensión de los productos, el proceso de fabricación y de la cadena de suministros de la empresa para poder crear una hoja de Excel con todo incluido.Paso 1: Crear Columnas
Anota el número de columnas que se deben crear en la hoja de cálculo y crea las columnas correspondientes con el ancho apropiado usando el ratón para arrastrar la línea entre las columnas.Paso 2: Ajustar el ancho de las columnas
Esto se puede hacer teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de espacio que cada elemento de la columna va a ocupar. Una vez más la persona que hace la hoja de cálculo debe tener una buena comprensión de las mercancías manipuladas en la empresa.Paso 3: Introducción de texto
Ahora introduce el título de la hoja de cálculo y los encabezados de columna. Después de introducirlos, dale a “Ajustar texto” y alinea el encabezado de columna para centrar la alineación. Parte del encabezado tiene que extenderse sobre más de una columna, que se puede hacer fusionando las celdas y pulsando el botón “Ajustar texto”.Paso 4: Resaltar la fuente
Los encabezamientos de título y de columna deben ser resaltadas en negrita seleccionando estos títulos y pulsando el símbolo ‘B ‘ en negrita de las herramientas que se encuentran arriba.Paso 5: Resaltar y sombrear las columnas
Esto se hace para marcar las columnas importantes para que sea posible una mirada rápida por los datos pertinentes.Paso 6: Fórmulas
Esta es la parte principal de la hoja de trabajo que ayuda a llegar a una cifra calculada a partir de la disposición de datos. Por lo tanto, se debe tener cuidado al formularlas. En columnas como el precio por unidad, el precio de venta, el porcentaje de ventas, el rango de ventas, la cantidad de reposición y el balance de acciones, aplica las fórmulas y pégalas en toda la longitud de la columna para que se aplique a lo largo de toda la hoja. Por ejemplo: Cantidad de pedido = mínimo de acciones a mano – cantidad disponible.Ahora que las columnas están listas, puedes introducir los datos y los detalles calculados correspondientes estarán disponibles en Excel. El secreto para el éxito empresarial es mantener el nivel de acciones necesarias para satisfacer tus ventas. Esto se puede hacer mediante el uso de la hoja de cálculo de Excel y la evaluación de los valores calculados durante un periodo de tiempo, por algunas semanas, para que el propietario pueda llegar a una conclusión sobre el porcentaje de ventas y la cantidad de acciones que debería tener.
